2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a helpwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from helpwin or any affiliated gambling platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of helpwin or any game content provider whose games appear on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

helpwin does not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If you become aware that a minor has accessed helpwin using your account credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) helpwin account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpwin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. helpwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

• Do not share your helpwin login password with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Log out of helpwin on shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat or email.

helpwin reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder before processing withdrawals or honouring bonus claims. Identity verification may require submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on helpwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the helpwin cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. helpwin targets withdrawal processing within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience processing delays.
• helpwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending review of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations.
• Deposits must not originate from funds derived from illegal activity. helpwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• helpwin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

helpwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. General bonus conditions applicable across all helpwin promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, game malfunctions, or display errors — helpwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve bets based on available game logs. Bets affected by a confirmed technical fault may be voided. helpwin's decision in such matters is final.

Users must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with helpwin games or the platform interface. Any detection of automated play will result in immediate account suspension and review of all associated transactions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpwin platform and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one helpwin account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion.
• Using the helpwin platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing helpwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any helpwin content without our prior written consent. The helpwin brand and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from gambling outcomes.

helpwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits helpwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination

helpwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, or that continued account operation poses a risk of harm to helpwin, other users, or third parties.

You may close your helpwin account at any time by submitting a request through the live chat support. Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the helpwin platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

helpwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those promulgated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

13. Amendments

helpwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
